Dream Gaze operates the following cancellation and refund policy to help you book and enjoy your photo session smoothly.
Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservation Deposit
All photo sessions are confirmed with a ₩50,000 deposit.
This deposit secures your date and covers pre-shoot preparation. Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation terms below.
2. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellation up to 3 days before the shoot: Full refund of the deposit

Cancellation within 2 days of the shoot or no-show on the day: No refund
※ The scheduled shoot date is based on prior agreement with the client.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once, up to 3 days before the original shoot date.

Rescheduling is not allowed within 2 days of the shoot.
※ In case of sudden weather issues or unavoidable circumstances, we will coordinate with you to adjust the schedule.
4. Cancellations by Dream Gaze
If we are unable to proceed with the shoot due to internal reasons (e.g. illness, equipment issues),
you will receive either a full refund or a free reschedule, based on your preference.
5. Additional Notes

If the total shoot time is shortened due to your personal reasons (e.g. late arrival, early leave),
no partial refund will be provided. -
This policy may be updated without prior notice, and any changes will be announced on our website.
