These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, responsibilities, and conditions between Dream Gaze ("we," "our," or "the Company") and users ("you" or "user") who visit and use our website and related services.

1. Overview of Services

Dream Gaze provides online booking services for photography sessions, including hanbok snaps and emotional travel photography.
Shoot locations are mainly in Seoul (e.g., Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Seoul Forest), and all sessions are conducted by prior reservation.

2. User Eligibility & Account

Our reservation services are available to individuals aged 14 or older.
You may book a session without creating an account; required information is collected through the reservation form.
If false or inaccurate information is submitted, the reservation may be automatically canceled.

3. Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of ₩50,000 is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on-site on the day of the shoot.
Payments are processed through the Wix booking system, with card and select simple payment methods supported.
You may modify or cancel your reservation up to 3 days prior to the shoot.
Cancellations within 2 days of the shoot are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.

4. Changes & Service Interruptions

Schedules may change due to weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will inform you in advance in such cases.
We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services without prior notice, and we are not liable for any resulting losses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including images, text, and designs — is the property of Dream Gaze and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Photos taken during sessions may be used for Dream Gaze's portfolio or promotional purposes on social media with the customer's consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any issues caused by user errors or incorrect information.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind or no-shows on the day of the shoot.

7. Disclaimer

We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to network issues, system errors, or other technical difficulties.

8. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
All updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the location of Dream Gaze's office as the court of first instance.
